Someone told me today that if I could “figure out” my face, I would be incredibly successful. It was bizarre. I’m not entirely sure what he meant, but I’ve been trying to “figure it out” ever since.

DreamStreet: “They Don’t Understand… Wednesday, May 28, 2008

… Pokemon.” Those are seriously the lyrics.

These bizarre, completely fake, industry-produced lyrics that lament the woes of “tween rebellion” while juxtaposing the culture of 10 year olds with the dance moves of highly sexualized 19 year olds…. is going to give me nightmares.

But the article that my friend wrote about it is brilliant.

It’s amazing how sometimes you don’t realize how angry you are at yourself until someone else forgives you.

I love the brick by brick nature of it all. And it’s not until later when the mortar has mostly dried and you can step back and admire your work so far that you really see what it is you’ve been creating.

Hi, everyone. The California Supreme court decision on gay marriage was historic, a long time coming, hard fought and about time.

unfortunately and not surprisingly Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is receiving large numbers of phone calls from the supporters of “Limits on Marriage” (The constitutional amendment baning same sex marriage in California ) about his comment to a group of Log Cabin Republicans that he would ‘ t support a constitutional amendment.

We don’ t want him to go back on his word.

He must hear from us too.

The aide a friend spoke to was so glad for the call because most of the calls coming in have from the “other side.” Call and THANK him for his declining to support this initiative.

Now it has been automated and you will not talk to anyone. Just push the number for pro Supreme Court decision. They do NOT ask or care what state you’re from.

To vote in support of the Supreme Court ‘ s decision on gay marriage:
1 call 1-916-445-2841
2 press 1, 5, 1, 1.

After you’ ve done this you may send this on to supporters you know.

It couldn’ t be easier…
